Lamont Pinot Noir 2017

Made from fruit grown high in the barren hills at Bendigo in Central Otago this Pinot Noir is packed with layers of flavour wrapped around some ripe, juicy acidity and all hanging off a supple tannin backbone. The soft plum richness carries the oak spice and juicy cherry flavours nicely while a hint of licquorice adds intrigue and complexity to the flavours. The fine tannins provide the length to carry the juicy flavours. This is a fine;ly balanced, elegant yet robust Central Otago Pinot Noir.
