Little Biddy Gin – Pink is infused with the flavours of Central Otago, predominately cherries that are delicately enhanced with a touch of floral spice from pink peppercorns and a nice twist of lemon freshness.

Infused with fresh cherries this pink gin’s colour is derived from the cherries. The colour is the only thing cherries bring to the glass, a gentle natural sweetness and classic cherry fruit characters shine and linger on the palate. Fresh lemon adds balance to the natural sweetness of the cherries while pink peppercorns deliver delicate floral notes and a gentle spice.

The flavours of all three ingredients infused in the is gin are perfectly balance, you can taste each component and they linger very smoothly on the palate. This is a flvoursome, beautifully balanced gin.
