Rapaura Springs – The Springs Vineyard – Verdelho 2017
Luscious mouthfeel with soft red apple-like acidity that carries the tropical papaya and pineapple flavours with aplomb.
With just 12% alc there appears to be a little residual sugar making it a perfect pairing with spicy foods or a salad. Quite similar to an unoaked chardonnay in texture and palate weight.
