Tastes like sparkling lime juice with a long lingering lime and green apple finish. I have never been a fan of sparkling Sauvignon Blanc and this wine reinforces my thoughts

Slightly softer aromas than I wold normally expect from Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, perhaps vintage related. Very soft green pea and gooseberry aromas.
