Taste & Other Notes

This is an excellent wine, elegant and stylish. The delicate flavours of white peach and refreshing acidity in the finish  are enhanced by judicious use of oak that helps create a lovely layered textural wine. Les Beaux Cailloux literally translates at ‘the beautiful pebbles’ and is named for the qualities delivered by the Gimblett Gravels in Hawke’s Bay.
