Jules Taylor Marlborough Pinot Noir 2018

Ripe fruit is the first impression then the dry tannins and vanilla oak characters follow, Fruit flavours of black berry fruits ay typical Pinot earthy notes in the mid palate. Dry yet fine tannins are balanced by delicate ripe acidity. This is a delicious wine, packed with layers of flavour, intriguing spice characters, layers of oak and earthiness. A complex wine that delivers big flavour and character Winemaker Notes: – Southern Valleys and Waihopai  Valley fruit from five growers. Indigenous yeast ferment, full malo ferment, portion on skins after ferment, matured in French oak and bottled in March 2019.
