Dry yet fine tannins are balanced by delicate ripe acidity. This is a delicious wine, packed with layers of flavour, intriguing spice characters, layers of oak and earthiness. A complex wine that delivers big flavour and character Winemaker Notes: – Southern Valleys and Waihopai  Valley fruit from five growers. Indigenous yeast ferment, full malo ferment, portion on skins after ferment, matured in French oak and bottled in March 2019.
