With luscious spiced pear flavours and a medium weight yet seductive texture one glass will never be enough. The long finish is dry with a nice twist of vanilla and spice making it a perfect food wine, I think it would be really tasty with a aged cheddar cheese, seared tuna or a roast chicken dish.
