Taste & Other Notes

Full palate weight, the wine is obviously fully oaked with nice poached stonefuit flavours and creamy characters that are balanced precisely with oak spice. There is still enough fine mineral based acidity in the finish to cellar this confidently for another 3-4 years if you can keep your hands off it. A wine sealed with a screwcap that is aging perfectly.
