Seifried Estate Nelson Riesling 2005

This wine was a Christmas gift from the Seifried family and it is always interesting to try older wines, this one didn't disappoint and shows just how well Riesling can age. The original citrus  flavours have developed richness and complexity. Refreshing acidity in the finish adds another dimension to the flavours. Overall an outstanding glass of wine.
