Rich with delightfully well balanced tannins, grippy, yet fine to balance the richness of the fruit on the palate. As you would expect the flavours are typical Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon. Almost jam-like intensity in the black berry fruits with a familiar dusting of chocolate. Another delicious example from this top producer. Drinking nicely now but will develop nicely with some age and because it is sealed with a screwcap it will age gracefully for many years.
