Creamy texture upfront without being creamy in flavour, the palate weight is full and flavours of crisp cranberry dominate but with lovely background red berry flavours. The juicy acidity is mouthwatering in the very long, off-dry finish.

This wine is perfect as an aperitif with duck liver pate, with meat from the barbecue or just by itself as a fresh summer wine. Recommended retail is $20 but you will find it on promotion for around $17 making it very good value for money as well as being simply delicious.
