Woollaston Estates Pinot Noir 2012

Unfiltered and unfined the wine may seem a little dusty in the colours but this means many of the delicate notes haven’t been removed from the wine before being bottled. The palate is full and dry with flavours of oak spiced cherries with floral notes. Fine but firm tannins add structure to the long juicy finish.
