Villa Maria Cellar Selection Hawke’s Bay Arneis 2013

Arneis is an emerging variety in New Zealand with young vine wines tending to be fresh but lacking depth of flavour, this wine has nicely developed lime and delicate clover honey notes in the aromas and these are reflected in the palate. A nice touch of soft honey sweetness makes it immediately attractive while a familiar lime and ginger spice note in the finish means you will enjoy it with fresh seafood or a light summer salad.
